Pablo LaĆ­nz and Jon Iturburuaga finished their Gastronomy studies at two of the most prestigious schools in the world: the Escola d'Hosteleria Hofmann in Barcelona and the Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastian.
After consolidating their knowledge working in some of the best restaurants in Spain and Europe, they have embarked on this personal commitment with enormous enthusiasm and confidence, whose main objective is to make their customers enjoy themselves in a welcoming environment and with a quality proposal .
